Holding an Exercise Science degree, Joshua has a deep understanding of how the body moves and the science behind improving both strength and efficiency. As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, DBC Level 3 Trainer, and Box N Burn Level 2 Trainer, he brings a wealth of knowledge to every session, guiding clients through tailored fitness programs designed to reduce the risk of injury and maximize performance.
